Electrolux And Kelly Ripa Team Up to Launch Kelly Green, New Eco-Friendly Laundry Collection
Gentle on the Environment and Your Clothes, Electrolux Washers Are up to 83% More Energy-Efficient and Use 56% Less Water
Augusta, GA – This Earth Day, Electrolux and Kelly Ripa are teaming up to introduce an eco-friendly washer and dryer in a truly vibrant color – “Kelly Green.” The new limited edition shade, an upbeat green designed to pack a visual punch, was inspired by the great outdoors and self-proclaimed eco-Mom Kelly Ripa.
“I love green … the color green and the act of living green,” said Ripa. “What better place to make a simple, every day difference than in the laundry room? This April, just in time for Earth day, Electrolux is kicking off its virtual flower garden campaign to drive awareness and raise funds for Global Green USA. Starting today, when you go to electroluxappliances.com and plant a virtual flower for a friend, Electrolux will donate $1 to Global Green USA to support their healthy green schools initiatives across America.
To drive participation and help spread the word, everyone who logs on to the site and plants a virtual flower for a friend will be automatically entered for a chance to win a new Kelly Green front-load washer and dryer from Electrolux.

Kelly Ripa Bakes Up A Sweet Batch of Virtual Cupcakes for Valentine's Day!
Kelly Ripa, multi-tasking mom, talk show host, and veteran of the school bake sale scene, used her new Electrolux range to bake a signature batch of cupcakes to kick off a digital campaign to help fight ovarian cancer.
